The SIXTH EYESLAND - The Sentimental VR World
A VR world created for Oculus Rift with real-time streams of speech and text. Depending on the sentiment that is extracted from the stream of text, the world abruptly becomes bright and chaotic or dark and slow. The overall effect is a feeling of phenomenal emergence, with vast implications to be further explored across multiple domains. We hope to develop upon this framework to explore social, industrial, artistic, and metaphysical experiments in the near future.

Lights Up Session is a series of live projection dance experimentations, the goal is to integrate generative new media art into freestyle dance.

An motion reactive painting installation I did for Metropolitan Museum of Art, made with Openframeworks and kinect.
Inspired by the concept of freestyle dance competitions, 5PONG is considered as a turn-based game for the purpose for creating and exchanging dance moves. Dancers use the magic lighting dance floor to capture their improvisational movements based on the icons which are selected and placed by their competitors using a self-made boombox arcade controller.
